PETER PAN

PETER PAN
Beautiful soul, 4 years old
With a smile that can warm the coldest cold
I love the way that she sees the world
Through the deep blue eyes on a little girl
And when she walks me to the door
I say I love you and she says I love you more
But I gotta go, I need you to know, so remember this

CHORUS
Don’t ever grow up don’t ever get old
Follow your heart wherever you go
It will never steer you wrong,
Sing this song, think of me, and stay innocent

If I could fly like Peter Pan
I would take you away to Neverland
We would always be young, do what we want
I’d never have to say goodbye to you
But that’s just not the way it works
You don’t know how much it hurts
If you only remember one thing, please remember this

CHORUS

I know the days go by so fast, I just hope these memories last
You’ll know exactly who I am
Pretty soon you’ll be calling me, talking about your family
And we’ll reminisce about Peter Pan, and I’ll say

CHORUS

Great lyrics! Reminds of so much of Lily! Can't wait to hear it. :)

This is a beautiful song. We just played it at my 25 year old nephews funeral service this week. He leaves behind a beautiful 4 year old child. This song had the entire place sobbing. It is so true.

Hello, I went back to your website and see you wanted my email. I thought by putting it in the blank you get it. I really don't want to publish it on your website for everyone to see. I don't know how else to get it to you. My sister Sherri also posted on your site. Her son Chris, was killed in a car accident on August 28. He was 25 and left behind a daughter - Ava who is a beautiful child full of love. She lights up like a christmas tree when she talks. When Chris passed away his friends gathered with the family one night and while we were making arrangements for his service one friend also named Chris burned a copy of "Peter Pan" and brought it to us to listen to. He said they had all been together recently (Houston area) and heard the song while they were out. I am not sure if they heard you in person or just at a place that was playing your music. Chris loved the song Peter Pan and couldn't quit singing it. His friend remembered this and brought a copy of it to us. We played it at his funeral service while a picture of him and his 4 year old daughter's picture stayed on the big screen for all to see. What a beautiful song. I have a daughter who turns 17 tomorrow and is a junior at Caldwell High School. Dance is her passion and she is on the drill team. They compete in solos/duets/etc. in competitions every year. Before Chris passed away, she already had her music picked for her solo. She has now changed her mind and will pick the song Peter Pan and dance to this song as a tribute to him. This will take place next February - May. Chris also loved the Dallas Cowboys and Troy so she will wear his jersey as she dances to your beautiful song. I was trying to post a picture of Chris and Ava on your website but can't seem to make it work. If you can give me an email to send it to, I would love to do that. Thanks for sharing your beautiful music. It will help me to listen to this song and keep his memory alive. God Bless You!
